Q:How does the order form work?
A: Simply place a number in the quantity fields for the items that you
would like to purchase and click 'Add' on each line. The form will calculate
the costs for the items you have selected. When you are finished reviewing
your order, simply press 'Checkout' and a new PayPal window will open.
If you have a PayPal account, simply enter in your secret password and
proceed. If you do not have an account, then click on the appropriate button
to complete the checkout process.
Q: I've made a mistake on the order form, how to I make changes?
A: Simply press the 'reset' button on the bottom of the form and it will
reset all fields.
Q: Why do I have to enter a shipping location?
A: To correctly charge your shipping charges, we need to know where we
will be shipping the product. Shipments outside of the U.S. cost a little
more than domestic shipping.
Q: How are the orders shipped?
A: For smaller orders, we use USPS First Class or Priority Shipping. Domestic
shipments generally arrive in two to three days. Please email us if you
have any questions about an order.
Q: Do you have larger discounts for larger orders?
A: Yes. Email us with the amount that you would like to purchase and we
will quote you a price.
Q: Do I have to have a PayPal account to order?
A: No. You don't have to have a PayPal account to purchase items via PayPal,
you can use your credit card for one time purchases. If you already have
an account, then you are already aware of the advantages of using PayPal
for online transactions.
